FOUNDation builds houses from skips

'Dumpsterhouses', a concept developed by Utrecht-based radical recyclers Foundation take the instantly recognisable structure of the refuse skip, and uses it as the basis to create small dwellings. To fit with the theme of the project, the small houses are furnished with discarded waste material and furniture collected from the surrounding neighbourhood.

So far, there is no consensus on the long-term effects of living in such accomodation, but the odds are that inhabitants will turn green and become very bad tempered.
