Lady Antebellum Announce UK Tour

Yet another of Dave Grohl's favourites (although he did say that the music business would be just fine if every album was as good as Adele's 21, so let's not be too influenced), Lady Antebellum announce their summer plans – some of which involve playing UK dates. Happily (for some anyhow), you don't need to camp in a foetid mudbath to attend, as they're indoor venues (with real toilets).

American superstars Lady Antebellum are delighted to announce that they will be returning to the UK for a string of shows this summer with headline gigs in London, Manchester and Glasgow as part of their ‘Own The Night World Tour’. Full details of the UK tour dates are below.

Prior to these shows their brand new single ‘Dancin’ Away With My Heart’ impacts on March 5th. The track is taken from the band’s most recent album ‘Own The Night’, which entered the UK album charts at no. 4 in October and has sold nearly 100,000 copies in the UK to date, alongside its 1.2million US copies where it’s still in the Top 5 of the Billboard charts and featured in the Top 10 best-selling albums of 2011.

Lady Antebellum have just won ‘Best Group’ at the American Music Awards and been nominated for a Brit Award for Best International Group at the forthcoming Brits, alongside Fleet Foxes, Foo Fighters and Maroon 5

July 13 Glasgow, UK                            Royal Concert Hall
July 15 Manchester, UK                       Manchester Apollo
