Given that full weekend tickets for the main events at Cambridge Folk Festival are long since sold-out, it may seem redundant reminding you of the event at this point.

There are, however, still single-day tickets available for everything except Saturday, and the lineup is as eclectic and promising as could possibly be wished for.

Today, the organisers announce the happenings at the Den and Club Tent showcases.

Popular for its unique parkland setting, great facilities and family friendliness, the Festival offers something for everyone with four covered stages, street theatre, music workshops and sessions, raucous ceilidhs, open stages, a youth area, internet café, kids’ ceilidh, storytelling, free creche, paddling pool and playground, real ale bars.

Tickets: Full Festival: (sold out). Day tickets: Thursday £26.50; Friday £57.50; Saturday (sold out); Sunday £67.50. Infant (0-4) and child (5-15) tickets still available. All ticket prices include booking fees.
