Loitered Lens: Lazuli

French medieval blacksmiths from the future Lazuli peer round the pillar at the Borderline

Infamous in London music circles for having Rock’s Most Hated Pillar slap bang in the middle of the room (lest the leafy Soho square directly above should fall in on the assembled hairfarmers), The Borderline is something of a challenge for photographers too.

No photopit, low lights and a roomful of jostling elbows put a scowl on the face of even the most dogged tog.

Tim Hall finds some space to point a lens at French medieval blacksmiths (from the future) Lazuli.
