An extortion and shakedown racket. Which you elected.

How, even in your toxic innocence and soul-denuded complicity, could you be surprised?

How can people shamble into middle age and not stumble over the reality regarding the true nature of capitalism? Capitalism was created and is maintained by a predatory class of aristocrats and their arriviste operatives to exploit the labor and usurp the hours of the multitudes for the purpose of the acquisition of vast amounts of capital. Moreover, with said vast amounts of capital, they can control both mass media and the political class.

And you, the latest victims of the capitalist state’s insults to the body, mind, and soul, are shocked, hurt, and confused that the capitalist elite nor a significant number of the mentally colonized masses could give a scintilla of a feckless damn about your dreary fate?Vader Thatcher drawing by Dan Booth

Well, you know what: Perhaps, you should have taken a peak out of your bubble of obliviousness, denial, indifference, and complicity and taken an interest in the plight of privilege-denied minorities, the broken and buffeted labouring class, and the perpetually trod-upon poor. They have been on the receiving end of the degradations of capitalism from the get-go, as, all the while, you accepted your economic betters’ paltry bribes and transformed mass media consumer distraction into your mode of being, if not your flat-out raison d’être.

In short, capitalism is a bunko, extortion and shakedown racket. How, even in your toxic innocence and soul-denuded complicity, could you be surprised in the least that you were swindled out of the fleeting hours of your finite life and were robbed of your dreams for the future?
